Broker Referral - $250 value
Managing residential and multi-family property is a detailed time-consuming job that most successful real estate brokers do not have time for. If you’re a broker and your clients need full-service property management or leasing services, join our Broker Referral Program.
We pay a $250 referral fee if your client signs up for full-service property management with Springboard PM. You could also choose to offer that as a gift to your client on their first management fee.
Springboard PM can be trusted to respect the relationship you have with your client. We will not work with your client to buy/sell for the duration of their relationship with Springboard PM. If they mention buying or selling, we will contact you to help them move forward.
Owner Management Referral - $120 value (minimum)
As an owner with Springboard PM who appreciates our high-quality service with elevated communication and an extraordinary attention to detail sharing with other owners seems like the neighborly thing to do.
If you refer another owner to Springboard PM you will be rewarded with a credit of one month’s management fee. This credit is good for your most expensive property.
Tenant Referral - $100 value
If you are looking to recommend a prospective tenant that gets placed in a Springboard PM property, we would love to reward you.
For every tenant you refer that gets placed in a Springboard PM property you will receive a $100 gift card.
